01Acceptance of terms

By creating an APARC account, you agree to these terms. If you're under 18, make sure a parent or guardian has reviewed them with you.

02The service

APARC provides AI-powered AP study tools: video courses, interactive reading, practice questions, live battles, and the Arcy AI tutor. Features may change, improve, or retire as we build.

03Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Don't share accounts, don't spam, and don't try to break the platform.

04Acceptable use

Use APARC for studying. Don't upload harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, scrape the platform at scale, or use it for anything illegal. AI-generated content is for your personal study — don't represent it as your own work for graded submissions.

05Subscriptions & payments

APARC is free through launch. If paid plans arrive later, they'll have clear pricing, and you can cancel anytime — no tricks, no dark patterns.

06Content ownership

You own the content you create (notes, highlights, plans). We own the platform and its licensed course content. You grant us a limited license to store and display your content to operate the service.

07AI & accuracy

Arcy is an AI and can be wrong. Study content is reviewed by humans, but always verify against your official course materials. We're not liable for exam outcomes — the curve is the curve.

08Liability & termination

We provide the service as-is, without warranties. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Our total liability is limited to what you paid us (which, right now, is nothing).
