Account details (email, name), your study activity (courses, practice answers, plans), and basic usage analytics to improve the platform. We don't sell your data. Ever.

02How we use it

To run your study plan, power Arcy's personalized training, grade your practice, and keep the platform working. Study data makes your experience — we keep it private to you and your teachers, where applicable.

03Cookies & storage

We use essential cookies for authentication and session persistence. Any optional analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

04Sharing

We never sell personal data. We share data only with trusted service providers (hosting, AI inference) that are contractually bound to keep it confidential, and only as needed to operate the service.

05Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time from your account settings, or email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.

06Data retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. Deleted accounts have their data removed from production systems within 60 days.

07Children's privacy

APARC is designed for high school students. We don't knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent — contact us if you believe we have.
